Easy Abs Routine Video

Here’s a video of a guy performing an easy abs routine that anyone can do at home. It’s a great example of how anyone can get started on building their six pack abs without wasting a lot of money on expensive equipment or overhyped tapes and DVDs.

Clearly it’s working for this guy, and there’s no reason you can’t achieve great success in your abs program without spending tons of money.

By the way, when the guy suspends himself by his arms and raises his legs, he’s performing a variation on the “captain’s chair”, which has been shown to be about the most effective abs exercise of all.  It’s one you can do without equipment, and it really is incredibly effective.

Burning Fat Fast – Get Ripped Now

So you want to get ripped in no time short. Maybe you have an upcoming vacation, or you just want to get ready for summer. What are the best methods for burning fat fast – techniques that are your best bet to burn off that flab and leave you with tight, ripped six pack abs?

Odds are, you’ve tried long, intense aerobic workouts – like running hard for a half hour or jogging for an hour straight, 6 days a week. By now, you probably realize that these are not the best ways to burn stomach fat. We’ve all seen people at the gym who labor away on the elliptical machines forever, yet still have 20 extra pounds.

So does this mean aerobic exercise is useless? Not exactly. But a growing number of experts on fat loss and getting ripped, including Dr. Michael Eades of ProteinPower and Rob Poulos of Fat Burning Furnace are starting to advocate a totally different method of aerobic exercise.

The good news? It takes less than 20 minutes! This approach involves mixing periods of intense exercise with periods of far less intense exercise. The type of aerobic exercise you choose is up to you – you can run, use a machine, or even just walk. One approach would be to try running 30 second at about 80% of your max heart rate for 30-60 seconds, then return to a far more relaxed pace for 60-120 seconds. Repeat this process 5-8 times, and tag on 5 minutes of warm up and a warm down, and you’re likely to see the fat start to burn right off!

Of course, as always, it’s wise to check with your doctor before starting on any intense exercise regimen, especially if you have any history of heart issues. But this method rerally works for me – and it saves SO much time! You can even do it 2-3 days a week, since it seems to rev up your metabolism even on the days you aren’t running.
